Who should make subscription payments? Is there one general transaction for all licenses, or does each person need to buy personal licenses?
The first team member to buy a certain number of licenses will take on the role of subscription manager. This person is responsible for buying and distributing licenses within the subscription. The same person also handles payments for all users added to the subscription.
It is also important to know that before the first payment, any user in your team can become the subscription manager. It is convenient because your team can decide who will take on this role. It can be anyone, and once the first payment is completed, that account automatically becomes the subscription manager with the ability to manage the list of licensed users, handle payment methods, and perform other subscription-related procedures.
