Why am I required to grant certain permissions to my Google account?
Shared Contacts Manager is an application designed to work with Google Contacts. To function properly, it needs to receive several security permissions from the Google account owner. They allow the application to access the necessary data to provide its features. This includes syncing your contacts, managing shared information, and ensuring seamless integration with Google services.
We do not store your contacts. Our users’ privacy and security are our top priorities, and we only request the permissions needed to enhance your user experience. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.
If you’re a Google Workspace administrator, the app also requires additional permissions to enable sharing with a domain group.
