Are contact sharing updates between users two-way?
Yes. Any changes you make in Google Contacts are shared with everyone who has access to that label. If a collaborator has Can Edit or higher permissions, their updates are also reflected for you, whether made in Google Contacts or in the Shared Contacts Dashboard app.
