You can assign users the following permission levels:

• View Only: Can use the shared contact list in Gmail, Calendar, and other Google apps, but can’t change it.
• Can Edit: Can use the list and update contact details or add new contacts, but can’t remove any from the list.
• Can Delete: Can use, edit, and also delete contacts from the list.
• Can Reshare: Can use, edit, delete, and also share the list with others or change their access.
