Where can the people I’ve shared contacts with use those contacts?
They can use shared contacts across all their devices and in many apps, including:
-
Google Contacts – under shared labels marked “(Shared).”
-
Gmail – for email autocomplete.
-
Other Google apps – such as Calendar and Drive.
-
Mobile phone books – once synced.
-
Any app connected to Google Contacts.
Note: If the app hasn’t been installed across your domain by an admin, people will need to grant access themselves. They can do this by clicking the link in the invitation email or by opening the app, which will automatically prompt them for permission.

In Google Contacts, they will find the shared contacts under labels marked “(Shared).”
